چکیده
This study aimed to evaluate the concentrations of main macroelements in leaves and fruit grown following organic conventional practices, relate them physico-chemical parameters during commercial harvests. Three samplings were carried out maturation. Nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) determined two flesh areas: basal apical. Weight, color, firmness, soluble tannins (ST), total solids (TSS) also evaluated fruit. During period, lowering leaf N concentration was accompanied by its increment flesh. Leaf P K lowered but did not imply changes these N, P, higher apical area than No Ca occurred leaf, translocation from detected Management affected Mg Ca. The agronomic efficiency macronutrients crops superior that crops. N/Ca Ca/(K+Mg) ratios closely related TSS, ST content.

Fruit and Soil Quality of Organic and Conventional Strawberry Agroecosystems
BACKGROUND Sale of organic foods is one of the fastest growing market segments within the global food industry. People often buy organic food because they believe organic farms produce more nutritious and better tasting food from healthier soils. Here we tested if there are significant differences in fruit and soil quality from 13 pairs of commercial organic and conventional strawberry agroecos...
متن کاملA Preliminary Comparison of Antioxidants of Tomato Fruit Grown Under Organic and Conventional Systems
Organic farming is rapidly growing due to its perceived potential for producing higher nutritional quality. However, studies of organicallyand conventionally-grown crops have not always shown differences between the systems. The objective of this research was to compare the antioxidant activities of organically-grown tomato to those from a conventional production system during postharvest cold ...
